Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and provide services you ask for (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract).
To run and protect this website (legitimate interests).
To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We never sell your data.

Apps we build for clients

Where we build or run an app for a business client, that client is normally the data controller for its customers' data, and we process it on their behalf under a written agreement. Each app has its own privacy policy, published by the business that offers it.

Who we share it with

Only trusted providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and cloud database providers, under contracts that protect your data. Some may store data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement are in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact. Client and accounting records are kept for six years, as UK law requires.

Your rights
